Our Team

Paul R. Needham is the 3rd generation in his family to provide funeral service to Londoners and has been a licensed Funeral Director since 1987.

We’ve always encouraged our staff to be themselves and not what they think a stereotypical Funeral Director ought to be. They are very comfortable with this and it has created a place where they like to be. This creates a better working relationship between families and staff. Our staff are, first and foremost, professional but also knowledgeable, genuine and keen to assist. My wife, Heidi, has managed all things administrative at Northview and Westview Funeral Chapels since we opened in ’97.
