Before we rolled out for my first ride in her dark green Sunfire, Christina warned, "Just so ya' know, I break for all animals." This was concerning because much of our time in the Sunfire was spent driving at country-road speeds. Yet sure enough, Christina slowed for the raccoons and the squirrels (I wouldn't have been surprised to witness her stop to save a turtle on the way to Strathroy) and sure enough we arrived safely every time. With Christina, we were safe to feel free. Christina took care of us all.

We are sorry to hear about Christina. May the love of friends and family and the memories you have help you through this difficult time.

~ Sheri and Moe Mankal

Christina, I have had the pleasure of knowing you for many years and I am saddened by this news. You were and will forever be remembered as a powerhouse of a woman. Hilarious, smart as a whip, ambitious and gorgeous in and out, I’m Better for having known you. My heart goes out to your daughters and family, and I offer condolences during this difficult time.

~ Natasha

In loving memory of a dear colleague who has left us too soon. My deepest condolences to Christina's husband, children, family, friends, and all who cherished her. May her memory always be a blessing.

~ Sonia McGregor

For a time during our high school years, Christina carried me through. Whether a chicken parmesan dinner at The Alibi, a drive outside of the city, a concert, or an adventure all the way to Jamaica, Christina helped me escape, and we had the best of times. If we were taking a risk, Christina knew how to bring perspective and would exclaim, "What're they gonna do, steal your birthday?!" No one could ever steal our birthdays, Christina, and nothing will ever erase your smile from my heart.
