Beverly Marian Marcil (née Sauriol)
March 6, 2025
Surrounded by her loving family, Beverly Marian Marcil passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the age of 80.
Cherished wife of Marc for 64 wonderful years, Beverly was the heart of her family. A devoted mother, she leaves behind her children Curtis Marcil (Christine), Kim Patrick (Mark), and David Marcil (Darlene), who will forever hold her love and guidance in their hearts.
She was a proud and adoring grandmother to Victoria, Liam, Blake, Carly, Jenna, Nathan, and Jalen, and a beloved great-grandmother to Lucy, Ava, and Nash, who brought her endless joy. Beverly will also be dearly missed by her sister Debbie Lewis (Wayne). She is predeceased by her parents, Isabelle and Michael Sauriol, and her brother Tim (Leila).
Beverly had a warm and adventurous spirit, always embracing life with curiosity and enthusiasm. She had a passion for knitting and treasured her time with her knitting group, where stitches and stories were shared over laughter. She and Marc shared a love for travel, often escaping to warm destinations together. She was happiest sitting under an umbrella on the beach, knitting as the waves rolled in, while Marc relaxed by her side. Whether it was their sun-soaked getaways or her special trip to the Vatican to hear and see the Pope, Beverly cherished every journey and the memories they created together.
She was a woman who found joy in life’s special moments, big and small. Her love for tradition and celebration was evident when she dressed up in her finest hat to attend a royal wedding watch party, sipping tea as if she were among the guests at Buckingham Palace. And on Sundays, she could be found cheering on her beloved Kansas City Chiefs, proudly wearing her Patrick Mahomes jersey and celebrating every touchdown with enthusiasm.
Her kindness, strength, and love will be deeply missed but forever cherished by those who knew her.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Northview Funeral Chapel and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m.
For those unable attend the memorial service will be livestreamed.

Bev was such a sweet caring Lady….. It was a pleasure to know her and Marc….. loved by all…..hugs Gail
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Aunt Bev. Our sincerest condolences to the Marcil/ Patrick family. I will fondly remember the Christmas celebrations and family gatherings in Glen Williams that Aunt Bev & Uncle Marc hosted as I was growing up.
Bev was not only a neighbour, but a friend and work colleague. I had the privilege of working with Bev in the Georgetown Health office on Main St. for several years and always enjoyed her friendly smile and willingness to help others. I have fond memories of the social get togethers we shared back then. You will surely be missed. Sonja Key
Marc & Family: My deepest sympathy in the loss of Bev. Bev was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
When I first moved to Ridgeway Bev was my swimming partner. We did lots of laps over the years. Even in later years Bev took her walker to the pool for a swim. We will miss her smiling face. Marie
My condolences to Mark & family. May she RIP
So sorry to hear of Bev’s passing. She truly was a remarkable woman and will be strongly missed. She was loved by all who knew her.
To Marc & family, We are so sorry to hear of Bev's passing. Marc & Bev were wonderful neighbors and we will miss them dearly. We spent many, many hours at the clubhouse pool soaking up the sun rays and discussing politics of the day and of course exercising sometimes. We will really miss our favorite neighbor who baked wonderful meat pies! Rest in peace Bev. Barb & Don
Being around Bev and Marc was like being at home. Bev had a light and warm heart that shined whenever I or anyone else was around. May she rest in peace.
Sending the family our love, support and comfort during this difficult time. We will cherish the memories we have of Bev. She was a remarkable woman who lived life to the fullest. We grieve her loss, but celebrate the beautiful life she lived, filled with love and laughter. May she rest in peace, knowing that her love touched so many people.
