Janet Isabelle McCallum (née Golder)

Janet Isabelle McCallum (née Golder) passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024 at Henley Place with her loving family by her side. Janet leaves behind her loved and loving husband, Stewart, after seventy years of companionship and marriage. She also leaves two sons, Calvin (Rose) of Thamesford and Wayne (Laurie) of Sarnia.

Janet was retired from the engineering department at Bell Canada after 25 years of service. She and Stewart were then able to travel to many places around the world in retirement.

Janet struggled over the past fours years with pulmonary fibroses while living at home, until October 2024 when she moved into Henley Place to receive her palliative care needs. The family would like to thank the generous care provided to Janet in the Gibbons Park wing of Henley Place.

Cremation has taken place through Northview Funeral Chapel in London. Internment in Alvinston Cemetery will be at a later date.
