David had a great love for his family. He very rarely met someone who didn't become a friend. His fondness of golf and the Toronto Maple Leafs was long standing .I could not imagine ever having a better brother. He was always willing to share his wisdom freely. David you will be missed.

Such very sad news, indeed. As I sit here thinking of David, having just heard the news, I'm warmed by memories of his impish grin and sparkle in his eyes. I especially recall the almost signature kidding between David and his Dad, Fergus. I envied their father-son camaraderie. It was special. Part of my good old childhood has just left me. So many good memories of playing ball, cards, monopoly with cousins David and Catherine, while our parents shot the breeze. David got to be real good at it too, but we always said it was the Kenny side!
