Deolinda Teixeira Aires

At her residence, with family by her side, on Thursday, December 2, 2021, Deolinda Teixeira (Marques) Aires of London, passed away in her 76^th year.  Beloved wife of Ernesto for 53 years. Loving mother of Manuel Aires (Ana Paula), Sylvia Aires (Jeremy), and Nancy Aires (Paulo).  Proud grandmother of Alex, Diogo, Tiago, Paulo, Liam, and Thalia.

The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to Alicia and the Community Medical Team for their outstanding care and kindness shown.

Visitation will be held at Northview Funeral Chapel, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. beginning with prayers at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, December 5, 2021, from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021, at Holy Cross Parish, 10 Elm Street, London.  Burial to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

To attend the visitation, guests will be required to show at the door, proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID -19, and personal identification. Masks or facial coverings will be required at all times.  Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID -19 is not required to attend the Funeral Mass, but space is limited and registration is required.
