Man Bahadur Gurung

On Monday, August 30, 2021, at Parkwood Institute, Man Badadur Gurung has finished the race in his 89th year, in London.

Man was born and raised in Bhutan and lived his whole life as a farmer. Along with his family, he came to Canada in 2013. He committed his life to Jesus, making Him his Lord and Saviour, at the beginning of 2014. He was a wonderful man of God revered by the church and community. He lived a reputed life in the Bhutanese Nepali Community. He was a very humble person with a different personality, that even in times of chaos, enabled him to handle the situation with grace and courage. Man loved Jesus more than anything and anyone. His faith was solid and firm.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 3, 2021, at Northview Funeral Chapel, 1490 Highbury Avenue N, London from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Registration is required to attend the visitation and/or funeral service by calling 519-457-1397.
