Meredith and family: I am saddened to read of the passing of your mom. I have such fond memories of her as being a kind, happy and fun loving woman. I remember the days when we were in UH together and she would bring us up the good stuff from the kitchen that was not on the regular patient menu. She even continued to check in on me from time to time after you were released. It was those little gestures of kindness that made the days pass by more easily.
